WASHINGTON, D.C. — Tucker PLLC is proud to announce the addition of four attorneys to our family law team: Kelly Frye, Kiana Givpoor, Tofarati Oba and April DeLuca.
They join our bench of skilled family law attorneys who have decades of experience serving clients across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia in the full spectrum of family law matters.
April DeLuca, Of Counsel
April DeLuca recently joined Tucker as Of Counsel. With more than a decade of experience, April represents clients in all family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoptions, and high-net-worth cases, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia and lives in Fairfax with her family.
Kelly Frye, Associate
Kelly Frye joined the firm last October and brings experience in both courtroom litigation and policy advocacy. She previously served as counsel for the Reproductive Rights and Health Team at the National Women’s Law Center and as an attorney in the Special Litigation Division at the Public Defender Service. Kelly earned her JD from Washington University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC. She represents clients in all family law matters, including divorce, separation, custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence.
Kiana Givpoor, Associate
Kiana Givpoor earned her JD from the Francis King Carey School of Law at the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and represents individuals in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters. Her background combines litigation experience with compassionate advocacy — skills she refined while working at a Baltimore law firm and through her participation in the University of Maryland’s Gender Violence Clinic.
Tofarati Oba, Associate
Tofarati Oba earned her JD from Duke University School of Law. Her background includes deep advocacy for individuals and families, including her role as a guardian ad litem, where she worked to protect children’s best interests. Tof is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Washington, DC, and represents clients in all family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support and domestic violence cases.
