Tucker Partner, Katherine O’Rourke, Appointed as Chair of the Advisory Merit Section Panel

On February 13, 2017, Tucker partner, Katherine O’Rourke, previously part of the Family Law Group of Feldesman Tucker, was appointed as Chair of the Advisory Merit Section Panel for the Superior Court of District of Columbia.  The Advisory Merit Selection Panel is comprised of attorneys and community members, and reviews prospective candidates and provides recommendations to the Chief Judge and the Committee regarding Magistrate Judge vacancies on the Superior Court.
