Rebecca Lee Cohen is a family law and estate attorney who takes a uniquely empathetic and client-focused approach to divorce, custody, child support, spousal support and domestic violence matters.
She is also experienced in estate planning and administration, helping clients plan for and protect their families, assets and futures through wills, trusts, estate plans, power of attorneys and guardianship/conservatorship directives.
Before joining Tucker, Rebecca practiced at several prominent law firms in Florida and at a family law firm in Boston, where she gained a passion for helping clients navigate unique assisted reproductive technology (ART) law issues, especially those involving frozen embryos in divorce or death.
Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. During law school, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable Brian Dunn at the Suffolk Probate and Family Law Court in Boston. Prior to earning her law degree, Rebecca graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla., with a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Sociology.
