Tucker Partner Joined Panel at ABA Program “Complex Problems for International Families”

Tucker PLLC partner Marina S. Barannik, formerly of the Family Law Group of Feldesman Tucker, joined a panel of experts April 26, 2022, at the day-long program sponsored by the ABA International Family Law Section. The panel discusssed the complexities and challenges of representing families of International Organizations, such as The World Bank Group, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and many other international organizations located in the D.C. metropolitan area. Marina spoke about the unique status of these organizations and their families and offered practical guidance on what a family lawyer should know when representing these families in the context of separation and divorce.
